Profiles can be produced from CAD drawings, DXF files, or customer sketches with dimensions. Where required, we also offer laser cutting through trusted partners to support intricate detail, fine edge finishes, or ultra-tight tolerances.

Forming, Folding and Assembly

Sheet metal forming is a key part of our service, with a range of press brakes and folding equipment allowing us to create panels, frames, channels, and structural angles. Our experienced fabricators take into account bend allowances, material spring-back, and forming tolerances to ensure accurate results. Bends and folds can be incorporated into the design to increase structural stiffness or create easy-to-fit flanges and mating faces. Additional operations such as drilling, tapping, and notching are performed to prepare each component for final fit-out or site installation.
